However much of the labor of a school is plainly with groups of students and much energy is expended in establishing a community minded group of students who learn together and where students are encouraged to make choices which are not only good for them, but also good for the total community. This group of students face regularly to build on leadership skills. Once there, they experience living in a completely different place, local culture, building some social connections with Fijian students, meeting their families, and learning about themselves in the process. It is normal for some students to study for the one cal slick over two years, however, they are encouraged to confront all outcomes over one year.
